"Mavroudis Extra
Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)" is produced only once a year, as good quality olives are harvested in the
period Nov.-Jan. They are then processed in a dedicated production line, to prevent contamination from inferior quality olives.
"Mavroudis Extra Virgin Olive Oil" is a fresh, medium intensity, high-quality olive oil. It is produced from Koroneiki and Lanolia types of olives and has a distinctive aroma of fresh cut grass.
"Mavroudis Gourmet aromatic Olive oil" is produced by adding fresh herbs or fruit
(basil, oregano, garlic, lemon, orange, chilli) during the extraction of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
"Mavroudis Green/black olives" are produced and vacuum packed by the Mavroudis family.

"Kyklopas" Organic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A single variety extra virgin olive oil produced from "Makri" olives with a very low acidity. Strict environmental regulations are adhered to throughout the entire production process of this extraordinary extra virgin olive oil. Derived from the family´s olive groves, which are organic certified by the Greek Organization for the Inspection and Certification of Organic Products (DIO), the olives are harvested in mid to late October. The oil is extracted at an organic certified olive mill the very same day. Characterized by fruitiness of mid to high intensity with enhanced tones of fresh green olive and green banana, artichoke and freshly cut grass.

"Kyklopas" Premium Selection, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A single variety extra virgin olive oil produced from semi-ripe "Makri" olives harvested early November with a very low acidity . The oil is extracted within 4-8 hours of harvest and cold pressed under optimal conditions. Characterized by fruitiness of medium intensity, tones of red fruit, vanilla , artichoke and tomato leaves together with balanced bitter and spicy tones.
